Gourmet Flames and Stogie Review Fundraiser!
im all about a good cause. Anytime i can help, im all for it. Mike (Gourmet Flames) and Jerry (Stogie Review) have a wonderful fundraiser going and i wanted to help spread the word! Here’s some more info provided by Mike. Good Luck Guys!
First, a sincere thank you to Dennis for being so kind as to allow me space on his awesome site, a true Brother of the Leaf. Second, let me introduce myself. Some of you know me as Click2Riff over at cigarlive.com and the stogiereview.com forums (or twitter for that matter). As Jerry would say, I’m “Mike in West Virginia”. I have the humble honor of helping Jerry from StogieReview.com raise money for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) Research and Awareness in memory of his late son JJ. We are reaching out to the folks in the cigar world because, frankly, you’re the most generous, thoughtful, and giving group of people we’ve come across.
In order to participate, head on over to www.gourmetflames.com and place an order under the Shop Online tab on the top of the page. During the checkout process, there will be an option to type in a code (SR2008). This will help me track all orders placed for this cause. I am donating 50% of the proceeds to an organization chosen by Jerry and his wife called First Candle, in memory of JJ. The remaining proceeds will be donated to various adoption agencies around West Virginia. I was in fact adopted as an infant, and I fully understand the unconditional love I received from a parent having to give up a child.
I operate www.gourmetflames.com Home of Mia Bella Gourmet Candles. These are made from a proprietary blend of soy and renewable resources and provides a virtually soot-free, cleaner burning candle. We currently have over 90 available fragrances, something for everyone. Every time you light one of these candles, please take a moment to remember that your purchase helps a serious cause.
There will be more information as we go along, so stay tuned.
Thank you all, in advance, for your support.
